I Daniel Hudson have ordained constituted..& appointed my Brother James Hudson, Spencer Hudson of Pulaski county my attorneys in fact for the following purpose (to wit) to authorize said James Hudson & Spencer Hudson to Rent sell and convey all my right title claim & Interest of a certain Tract of Land ...on Fishing creek being my Interest in the Tract of Land where James Hudson now lives and Spencer Hudson which fell to them, as my part being one of the Leagle [sic] arcs [sic, heirs] of John Hudson, decd..set my hand & seal 22 Sept 1830 Witness: Seaton Lee, Stephen Lee Signed: Daniel Hudson {seal} Given 21 Feb 1831
