Biography

Edouard was born in Rivière-Ouelle on April 11, 1810, son of Joseph Hudon dit Beaulieu and Anastasie Caron.

He married Leocadie Dubé on January 10, 1832 at Saint-Louis-de-Kamouraska. [1]

Beaulieu-1123 and Hudon-486 appear to represent the same person because: Hudon is correct LNAB.

Hi, according to Nos Origines and the name of his father, I think the last name at birth should be Hudon instead of Beaulieu. Because at this time french canadian were still using «dit» for surnames they used during their life but wasn't normally on the birth records. For more informations about the «dit» I suggest you go read the guidelines on the Québécois Project.
