Parentage

I suspected that Keziah was a dau. of John HUCKABY and Frances Ann BRANNON. According to her marriage bond she was definately a grand daughter of Thomas HUCKABY. (Note: The Sandra K. Gorin's papers actually provided the same theory of who her parents were. Sandra states the father, John Huckaby died bet. Sep 29, 1802 and Dec 4, 1815?)

Know all men by these presents that we Richard WILLIAMS & William HUCKABEE are held and formaly bound unto the Commonwealth of Kentucky in the sum of fifty pounds current money which payment well and truly to be made we bind ourselves and our heirs firmly by these presents sealed and sealed this 4th day of December 1815 - The condition of the above obligation is such that if there be no lawful cause to prevent a marriage intended between the above bound Richard WILLIAMS & Kisiah HUCKABEE for which a marriage license has issued then this obligation to be void else to remain in full force and virtue.
