Fannie (26) married William Fred Bingman (25) (born on January 23, 1896 in Missouri, United States; son of Samuel Thomas Bingman and Nancy Abigail (Tatum) Bingman) on August 4, 1921 in Oklahoma, Oklahoma, United States. Their daughter was Betty Jean Bingman (1928–2011).
