Daughter of Francis F. Hoy and Sarah Crager.

Spatz-Crimaldi was employed for many years by Berkshire Knitting Mills, Wyomissing, and was last employed for nine years by Rich-Maid Kitchens, Wernersville, until her retirement.
She was a graduate of Reading High School.
Spatz-Crimaldi was a member of St. Daniel's Lutheran Church, Heidelberg Township.
She was a life member and past president of the ladies auxiliary of the Mount Pleasant Fire Company.
