Biography
He was born in Killingly, Connecticut, and moved with his father to Cheshire, Mass. when he was 16. He married 20 Jun 1798 Amy Reed, born in Cheshire, Mass. 11 Aug 1777. They lived in South Adams, Mass. until about 1806, when he moved to Deerfield, Oneida, New York, where he lived until late in his life. They had seven children, and she died in 1865. Married Perley Phillips 9 Oct 1785.[1]
