Frank lived with his parents and siblings in West Pittston, Luzerne, Pennsylvania in
1900[4] and 1910.[5]
Frank registered for the WWI draft in 1918. He was a yard clerk for the railroad.[6] He was discharged a few months later.[7]
Frank married Norma C Cosgrove on 23 Jul 1919 in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. They had two children, Frank Jr and Ronald. They lived in West Pittston in 1920,[8] 1930[9] and 1940.[10]
