Dorcas Jane Houghton was born on 23 Jun 1915 in Dorchester, Westmorland, New Brunswick, Canada, daughter of Frank Wesley Houghton (1884–1948) and Helene Gertrude Bishop (1885–1962).[1]
Her siblings were:

Dorcas died after 1965, aged 49. She was buried in Elmwood Cemetery, Moncton.[1]
