Elizabeth was born in November 1797 in Pennsylvania, United States. She was the daughter of Abraham Halm and Catharina (Unknown) Halm.[1]
When Elizabeth was 22 she married John Blair on 11 November 1819 in Stark, Ohio, United States. The couple had 7 children: Mary Jane Blair, Eliza Ann Blair, Henry Blair, Harriet Blair, John Halm Blair, Catherine Blair and Elizabeth Blair.[2]
