Took a look at her, she actually sounds like she was Métis (which is NOT reserved to the people in Manitoba, it's the French term for mixed French and native blood).


Added a category to her page, might better belong in the project covered by that category than in Quebecois project, although in fact they overlap on her and her family.

hi cousin, on Cécile Kaorate, not entirely sure what you mean by adding her interest page in Québec group. There appears to have been more than one with that name, as we have one married to Simon Blackburn in a different century in Wikitree already. Don't see proper sources on that profile though.

Now that you have had a little time to try WikiTree, there are a few more features you may find useful.

Ideas on what to include in a profile can be found in Styles and Standards, including some tips on writing biographies.

If you need to describe an event, an heirloom or a location relevant to your research, you may like to learn about Free Space Profiles.

Lastly, sometimes you'll run into unresponsive profile managers. We have a process for resolving those unfortunate situations.
