Biography
Margaret was born and baptised[1] at Darton, Yorkshire in 1666. She is the daughter of John Holiday and Mary White. Margaret was married to John Denton, a Farmer in 1691 at Barnsley, Yorkshire[2] and they had seven children at Darton, including five sons. After this it seems they may have gone to Bolton upon Dearne, Yorkshire as it appears that Margaret died and was buried there in 1721[3].
