Biography
Lucy was born in 1846. She was the daughter of Samuel Hogue and Parmelia Trower. She passed away in 1926. Lucy had two marriages. The first marriage was with a man with last name was Barthel. Her second marriage was with William S. Chamberlain of Jackson, MO. Bio is not complete yet.
