He was the son of Pleasant and Mary Ann ( Richards ) Hogue, He married Mary Alice Thomas on December 24, 1899 in Whitley County, Kentucky, after she passed away in 1906 Albert married Pearl King around 1907 in Whitley County, Kentucky. Albert passed away on January 22, 1949 in Kalamazoo, Kalamazoo County, Michigan.
