Biography
Sarah Hoadley was born in 1819 and christened on 1 Aug 1819 in Sundridge, Kent to Benjamin Hoadley and Hester Nightingale[1]. In 1851, Sarah was 30 and living with her brother Thomas as a housekeeper in Sunridge, Kent[2]. In 1853, Sarah married Robert Burfield (her first cousin) at St Saviour, Southwark[3]. In 1881[4].

Sarah and Robert were first cousins - Sarah's mother was Hester Nightingale and Robert's mother was Ann Nightingale and Ann & Hester were sisters.
