Biography

William was born in 1848. His birth was registered in Coventry and his mother's maiden name was Arnold. [1]

In 1851 William was living in Coventry with parents William and Ann. His father was a bricklayer. [2] His father died in 1854.

In 1865 William (who was claiming to be 21) married Millicent Wilson. William was a Carpenter, his father William had been a builder. Millicent was a Silk Weaver, her father Andrew was also a Weaver. Their marriage was registered in Coventry. [3]

In 1881 William and Millicent were living in Coventry with 3 children. William was a Carpenter and Joiner, Millicent was a Silk Weaver. [4]

William died aged 69 in 1917. His death was registered in Coventry. [5]
