She married Thomas Mayo as his first wife, on 03 April 1701 at Eastham, then Barnstable County, Province of Massachusetts Bay.[5] Thomas was born on 03 April 1678 in Eastham, Plymouth Colony, the son of Thomas and Barbara (Knowles) Mayo.[3]
Elizabeth Mayo died in Eastham on 04 November 1721.[5][3] Her husband remarried
Elizabeth Rogers in 1722, and had one more child.[6] Thomas died in Eastham in July 1769.[7]
