Catherine (Hennessy) Berrell was born in the Colony of New South Wales (1788-1900)

Catherine May (Hennessy) Berrell was born about 1889 in Canowindra, New South Wales, Australia.

Catherine married Walter Augustus Berrell (1880 - 1970) on 15 Sep 1914 in Goulburn, New South Wales.^[1][2]

Catherine died on 15 Aug 1976 in Goulburn aged ~87.^[3][4][5] Catherine is buried in Kenmore Roman Catholic Cemetery, Goulburn.^[6]

Research Notes

• Most trees have her birth date as 24 Aug 1889 in Grenfell. The only record on the index for a Catherine born on 24 Aug 1889 was a Catherine M Seymour, with parent John T and Julian A. This does not match her details and as her family lived in Canowindra, and all her siblings were born in this area I think it is very unlikely this is her birth date. So far no search of the NSW BDM Index has shown a viable record. I have searched with every possible version of her names as I could think of including wildcards. Patroni-12 09:27, 2 July 2022 (UTC)
