Biography

Amanda was born in 1850. She was the daughter of De Mott Henion and Ann Krom.

She was a maid for John Burroughs and Ursula North. Ursula had not borne any children and in 1878 (when Ursula was 42), John fathered his son Julian with Amanda. When Julian was 2 months old, Ursula adopted Julian.

Amanda subsequently married Robert Davis.   She passed away in 1925.
