Biography

Richard Hayle was born in Warwickshire, England.

Richard Hayle, of co. Warwickshire, Gent, was born in about 1577. The names of his parents are as yet, unknown. He was born in Charlecote, east of Stratford upon Avon and south of Warwick.

Marriage and Family

The name of his wife is unknown.

Richard had four daughters: Joan/Jone, Constance, Ann and Bridgett.

It is possible that the Richard buried in 1603 in Charlecote, Warwickshire, was his son, and that he had another daughter, Jennie, baptised in 1606, perhaps Ann's twin. ^[5]

His daughter Bridgitt/Bridgett married the 30 year old escheator and feodary, Edward Chamberlayne, of Princethorpe, Warwickshire, Esq. in about 1625, when she was 18.

Death

He passed away in about July 1633 and his will was proved on 17 August 1633, ^[6]by his son-in-law, the escheator and feodary, Edward Chamberlayne, of Princethorpe, Esq. ^[7]
