Martha (age 20y), daughter of Lincoln Hayes & Alice Anderson, married Samuel Wells (age 40y) son of Sam Wells and Elizabeth Cokens.. on 25 September 1920 in Cassopolis, Cass, Michigan.^[3]

Martha Hayes (age 27) married Henry K Howlett (age 45) on 19 June 1928 in Cook, Illinois, United States.^[4]
