Biography

Matthew was named as a brother of Giles and son of Thomas in the 1608 muster of fighting men in Gloucestershire known as Men and Armour. [1]

Mathew was named in the 1625 baptism record of his son Nathaniel[2] and the 1632 burial of his son Thomas. [3]

In 1630 he was named in his mother's will. [4]

Hathaway-1200 Keith Hathaway
The earliest Hathaway immigrants and next couple of generations are messed up with duplicates of many family members. I see in several cases what happened and believe I can fix it if given the chance. This is an important line for the wikitree as the Hathaways are abundant in lines of many surnames. Being a Hathaway myself I have an interest in helping to straighten it all out starting at the top.
