Biography
Abraham was born in 1759 in Lancaster County, Pennsylvania to his parents Abraham and Anna Barbara Hassler. His father is the immigrant ancestor from Switzerland. On 21 November 1786, he married Catharina Waldschmidt, daughter of Rev. John Waldschmidt. From the baptism records of Rev. Waldschmidt, they had at least 3 children. Before the birth of Catharina, the family moved into Guildford Township, Franklin County. He passed away in 1832.
