Biography

Jonathan Harpine, son of Abraham Harpine and E;izabeth Branner, was born on May 11, 1789, in Shenandoah, Virginia. He married Susanna Lindamood on April 12, 1809, in New Market, Virginia. They had ten children in 29 years. He died on May 7, 1852, in Lee, Virginia, at the age of 62, and was buried in his hometown.
