Virginia (Hansen) Thompson was born in Michigan.

Virginia Shirley Hansen was born in Detroit, Wayne County, Michigan, on April 6th, 1936. Her father was Einar "Edward" Hansen from Stokke, Vestfold, Norway, and her mother was Martha Leontina Landuyt from Roeselare, West-Vlaanderen, Belgium.
