Biography

Hubert was born on 26 June 1887. He was the son of Wallace Hankins and Emily Townsend. Hubert Townsend Hankins's birth was registered in the Jul-Aug-Sep quarter of 1887 in Newent, Gloucestershire, England.^[1]
