Biography

Thomas was born about 1789, this based on his death record that stated he was 84 years old at death ^[1]. He was the son of David Dick and Amea Dickson.

According to an LDS Ancestral file, he married Rebecca Hamilton, and Mary Blair (whose brother was Andrew Blair)^[2]. With Mary, he had no sons, but did have daughters, two of which married William Brown and a Mr. Graham, in Wolfville, Nova Scotia.^[3]. In the 1851 Canada Census for Windsor Road (Sackville), there is list a Thomas Hamilton whose household contained 1 male, under 10y; 1 male 10-20y, 2 Males over 50, and one female over 50.

Thomas passed away in 1873 ^[4].
