I thought you wanted me to say that this Thomas Hamer-796 was the congressman who died in Mexico. This Thomas Hamer-796 died in Spring Mill, Indiana. You are right that the profile for William's son, Thomas Hamer-804, needs more information. It is time consuming and I don't have complete profiles written for everyone. I am well aware of both Thomas Hamers. The information that you have on THIS profile needs to be updated. Their son Thomas is one of my great grandfather's. So= Thomas and Elenor are my great grandparents too. General / Congressman Thomas Lyon Hamer (son of William) is a cousin. Like I said- I gave you 2 biographies that were written about him. And you apparently think that I am incorrect- when in fact, I am not. So check them out or not- but this profile about the son of William needs to be updated.

You need to update his profile. He was a State Representative for the State of Ohio and served in Congress. He also served in the US-Mexican War. There are biographies about him on the US House of Representatives website and on wikipedia. He was married twice. There is a LOT that you are missing on this profile of him.
