Biography
Elizabeth was born in 1762. She passed away in 1815.
On the 2nd of March in that year Samuel Hallett (Elizabeth's father) purchased of Nehemiah Hayman lots No. 2 and No. 3 in the Grant of the Maryland Loyalists, comprising 300 acres, for 52 pounds 10 shillings Sterling, and on May 10, 1785, he conveyed the lots to his son-in-law James Moore for the same sum. This was about the time of Mr. Moore’s marriage to the Captain’s daughter.
