Lillie Texas Hall Snuffer Birth: 8 Sep 1899 Scarbro, Fayette County, West Virginia, USA Death: 3 Oct 1970 (aged 71) Fayetteville, Fayette County, West Virginia, USA Burial: Hilltop Union Cemetery, Oak Hill, Fayette County, West Virginia, USA Memorial #: 53906288 Bio: Final rites for Mrs. Lillie Snuffer, 71, of Route 2, Fayetteville, will be held at 11 a.m. Tuesday in the Tyree Funeral Home Chapel, Oak Hill, with the Rev. Randolph Johnson in charge. Burial will be in Hilltop Cemetery at Hilltop. She died Saturday at 7:15 p.m. in an Oak Hill hospital following an apparent heart attack. Born Sept. 2, 1899, at Scarbro, she was a daughter of the late James Edward and Emogene Smith Hall. Survivors include her husband, James L. Snuffer; two brothers, Walker Hall of Goodman, Mo., and Howard Hall of Huntington; two sisters, Mrs. Hattie M. Argabright of Oak Hill and Mrs. Nellie Biggs of Piney View; five grandchildren and two great-grandchildren. Friends may call from 7 p.m. until 10 p.m. today.
