Biography

Child of John Groh and Amelia Florentina Fougeron of Buffalo, Edward Groh appears in Belknap, New Hampshire by 7 May 1910 living with his wife, Rose. There appears to be no children and Rose was born in England. They listed their occupations as "Actor" & "Actress" in "Theater".[1] They were still living as hotel proprietors in the 1940 census in Weirs Beach, NH. He was 87 when he died.

Death

He died in New Hampshire as a result of a fall on ice at home The informant on his death certificate was listed as "Mrs. Elizabeth Groh". The death certificate stated that he was a proprietor of a Summer Hotel, he was married and he lived in Laconia for forty years.[12]
