Biography
Ella was born in 1865, the only daughter and fourth of six children to Joseph Whitfield Greene and Sarah Elizabeth Watts. Her siblings were Joseph Edward, Thomas Whitfield, Richard Lemuel, William Benjamin, and Julian M.
