For over 30 years my brick wall has been my 5th Great Grandfather, Richard Gray, born 1744 Fairfax, VA and died 1834 Fayette County, KY. My GRAY line haplogroup is J1. Another Gray family who appears to be related on paper does not match through DNA and they're the Drakeford Gray line. Would love to connect with anyone who thinks they could help.
