Edward was born in 1892. He passed away in 1968. We all knew him as "Papa." Papa was a very dear man, normally quiet but very witty. There is so much to tell about Papa. Some tidbits are
-Great-grandson of Francis Cobb Sr, Englishman who settled in Mason Co., Kentucky
-Served in WWI, 1913 to 1919 - fought in major battles in Germany in 1918; was part of Pershing's forces in TX that chased Pancho Villa down into Mexico
-Talented carpenter and devoted husband & father
