I've been researching John Graves c 1804 - 1877 forever. He married Lydia Woods in 1833 and emigrated with his family to South Australia in 1854. I've hit a brickwall as to who his parents & siblings in Cottenham, Cambridgeshire were! Definitely an older brother William, and possibly a sister Sarah but there must be others. Do you have any information? Any clues? Please post a comment here or send me a private message. I'd really appreciate it - my 86yr old Dad, [Colin Graves] has been trying to find this out his whole life. He's had DNA tests at FamilyTreeDNA and Ancestry but no answers... yet. Thank you!

Is WikiTree in any way linked to Geni.com? or completely separate? I really like the new look and usability of the website! My Mum (oldest person) has had her DNA tested at Ancestry - can this be noted somewhere? (I figured we should have the same DNA...)
I am sure someone will get back to you as quickly as possible bearing in mind the different time zones we all operate in. Regards Rosalie
I am answering for Rosalie who asked one of us to contact you. If you know your previous account and profile ID I can ask the Team to merge the accounts and profiles.
Geni.com is a totally separate website.
Yes, if your mother is not living you can create her profile and add her DNA test. Help:DNA
Please see the Help Pages on DNA, you will find help under the drop-down menu Help at the top right of your profile.

Now a quick question - some of the people I added years ago, like Allan Rolland Westlake https://www.wikitree.com/wiki/Westlake-46 have no Profile Manager - is this because I was completely inactive? Other people like Allan's father - Henry Richard Westlake https://www.wikitree.com/wiki/Westlake-6 - now have a Profile Manager (Emily Murer) - is there a way of finding out who in "my" tree are orphans and bulk adding my name as Profile Manager.. or is being a PM lots of work? (I haven't watched the info videos yet..). I need to find out what a Profile Managers responsibilities are before I adopt anyone!! Also are Living People shown as Private (some of my family members are very private...) - unless added to Trusted List or similar? Thank you, and feel free to link me to online information. Kind regards, Sandra
On the orphaned profiles just click adopt this profile next to where is says no profile manager Allan Roland Westlake (1910 - 1977) and then you will become the manager of the profile.
Each profile will need to be adopted using adopt this profile.
On any profile that is managed by another member, you can request to be added to the trusted list. See Help:Trusted List and Help:Trusted List FAQ
Thank you, David
I noticed that you posted on William Poupard (1865-aft.1880) and Harvey William Poupard Sr. (1896-1977)'s profiles. Their profile's are both orphaned at this time, so no profile manager will be notified about your message. If you upgrade you will be able to adopt the profile and connect it to your branch, add your sourced information, and improve the profile. Any improvements that you make will help in the mission to create an accurate, single-family tree.
Please let me know if you have any questions.

Sadly no I cannot view the email of the person who posted the comment but when I click the name of the poster I come straight to your profile. If it wasn't you who posted the comment it might be a good idea for you to email the team at info(at)wikitree.com (replace the (at) with @) and let them know what happened.

In working on Increase Allen Laphams' family I found his granddaughter Laura married Guy Lindow 18 Jun 1907. They had two children - Allen bc 1920 and Laura bc 1924. I don't see them in WT, could they be one of your unlisteds or related to them?
Thanks Jennifer
If you could accept my trusted list request for Laura Demasson from a week or two ago that would be much appreciated.
Happy to re-send if it has gone missing.
Cheers Mark
