Jacques Goullet 66 ; Marguerite Mottier (Maillier), sa femme, 50 ; enfants : Louis 28, Charles 25, Thomas 20, François 18, Antoine 17, Joseph 12 ; 1 fusil ; 5 bêtes à cornes ; 1 cheval ; 30 arpents en valeur.[3]
He is still living in 1681 per the census for that year, no further data has been found for him. There are various presences of a François Goulet as godfather of his nephews later, but the relationship is not stated to ascertain if this was indeed him or a namesake. Jetté states he is cited present on 19 November 1719 in Château-Richer, in error, this is the marriage of his niece Angélique Goulet, daughter of Joseph, and the François Goulet cited present is clearly listed as her brother and not her uncle.[4]
