Biography
Susan was most likely born on 11 July 1856, in Floyd County, Kentucky. She was the daughter of William Goodman and Mary Wallen.[1][2]
She married Samuel Ousley in September 1878 in Floyd County, Kentucky.[3]
Se died on 26 March 1935 in Floyd County, Kentucky.[2]
Research Notes
Her gravestone gives a birth date of 11 July 1857, but this would put her birth within 5 months of of her sister Emaline in January 1858. Her marriage record says she was 22 when married in Sept 1878, so the date on the gravestone is likely 1 year off.
