Biography

Laura was born in 1876 in Leonardville, Kansas to Vendla Sophia and Charles Goethe. In 1880, she was living in Bala, Riley County, Kansas with her parents and two siblings.^[1]

After the death of her husband, Alf, in 1940, she was living with Matilda Hult on Walnut Street in Boulder, Colorado and is listed on the census as her housekeeper.^[2]

She passed away on February 27, 1973 and was buried on March 1 at 1:30 in the afternoon at Valmont Cemetery in Boulder, Colorado.^[3]
