Mary was born in 1848[1]. She is the daughter of William Godso and Mary Everard.
In 1851 the Godso family lived in Kings Norton, Worcestershire, England. [2] William Godso (28) Carpenter and Mary Godso (35) with daughter Mary Ann Godso (2) and brother Isaac Godso (32).
Mary Godso (45) and her 4 children, Mary Ann (8), William (5), Jane (5) & Pernella K (1) with Martha Godso (37) and her children as well as Charles Godso (17), arrived from Liverpool, England in Melbourne, Australia on board the ship Merchant Prince on 14 March 1858.[3]
Mary Ann Godso married Charles Partridge Hulbert in 1868 in Victoria, Australia. [4]
