Biography
Ellen, daughter of William Gillham & Ann, was born on 31 August 1820 and baptised on 18 September 1820 in London, England.[1]
Ellen, daughter of William Gillham, married Charles George Price Windsor on 7 April 1841 in Hornsey, Middlesex, England.[2] In the 1841 census Ellen (age 20) and George were in Hornsey, Middlesex, England with a female servant.[3]
In the 1851 census Ellen (age 29) and Charles (Ship Broker) and their two children were in Green Lanes, Saint Mary Stoke Newington, Middlesex, England. Four general servants were with them.[4]
In the 1861 census Ellen (age 39) and Charles and their five children (ages 17 - 2) were in Stoke Newington, London, England with two servants. Ellen's sister Emily Gillham (age 31, unmarried) was with them.[5]
In the 1891 census Ellen (age 69) and Charles were in St Laurence in Thanet, Kent, England with daughter Ada and two servants.[6] Daughter Edith (unmarried) lived a couple of houses away.
Ellen's death (age 73) was registered in the Oct-Nov-Dec quarter of 1894 in the Thanet district.[7]
