Biography
Benjamin was born in 1814. He was the son of Jonathan Washington Gillam and Mary Carwile.
He married Mary Case on 29 Dec 1836 in Franklin county, Indiana.[1] They had children.
They were in Columbia, Fayette, Indiana in 1850 and 1860.[2][3]
He passed away in 1869. He was buried in Salem cemetery in Modoc, Randolph, Indiana.[4]
