Obituary

Mrs Lillie Ford Passes Away
Camden, Nov 8 -- Funeral Services were conducted Thursday afternoon at 2:30 from the Camden ME Church, Rev Ben DuVal, pastor, officiating for Mrs Lillie Ford, well known Camden lady who passed away at the home of her daughter, Mrs William Worth, of Dayton.
Mrs. Ford had been in failing health for several months and a few weeks ago suffered a stroke of paralysis and has been in serious condition since that time.
She had lived in this community practically her entire life where she and her husband for many years conducted a tailor shop. Since his death several years ago, she had successfully continued the business.
She is survived by one daughter, Mrs William Worth, of Dayton, in whose home she passed away; two grandchildren, Merril and Burdette Worth, of Dayton; one sister, Mrs Mary Connell, of Camden; four brothers, Carey Gift, of Dayton, Elias Gift of Collinsville, and William, James and John Gift of Camden.
Interment took place in Fairmount Cemetery.[9]
