Biography
Ruby Evangeline Giffin was born in 1912, the daughter of Alden and Linda Abbott Giffin[1]
On August 18,1934, she married Clare Harding, born in 1912, son of George and Grace Swansburg Harding of Rockland, Shelburne County, Nova Scotia[2], and had children[3], including
- Aubrey St. Clair Harding, born March 19, 1936, who married Lenwood Genevieve Gorham on March 17, 1959 and had children
- Gladys Gertrude Harding, born April 10, 1937, who died December 8, 1938[4]
- Dorothy Gwendolyn Glee Harding, born December 19, 1939, and died December 7, 1948[5]
- Joy Gael, born August 27, 1941, who died August 27, 1941
Clair Harding died at sea November 26, 1940[6]
Ruby married Russell Auburn Robart, born in 1910, son of William and Annie Blanche Robart of Sable River[7], who died October 16, 1971
Ruby died March 4, 1994
