Henry was born about 1842. He is the son of Henry Gibson and Jane Allison.
On 30 March 1851 the Gibson family lived in Green Square, Kilwinning, Ayrshire, Scotland. Henny Gibson (32) Coal Miner with wife Jane Gibson (30) and children John Gibson (11), Henry Gibson (9) and Alexander Gibson (2) with lodger Hugh Bruce (25) Coal Miner. [1]
On 8 April 1861 the Gibson family lived at 23 Byrchill Row, Kilwinning, Ayrshire, Scotland. Henry Gibson (45) Coal Miner and wife Jane Gibson (41) with children Henry Gibson (16) Coal Miner, Alexander Gibson (11), James Gibson (7), Rachel Gibson (5), Jane Gibson (3). [2]
He passed away in 1867, aged 23 in a Mining Accident from an explosion of gunpowder while blasting. He was a Brusher for the Eglington Iron Company at Blair No.7. [3]
