Biography
Maria Paula Giaccuni was born at Sciacca, Provincia di Girgenti, Kingdom of Sicily, "heri," 14 August 1662, daughter of Francesco Giacone and Desiata [Sabella], and was baptized at San Vito parish, Sciacca, 15 August 1662; her sponsors were Giovanni li Causi and Vita uxor Carlo Gallo.[1]
Mariam Giacone, daughter of qm Francesco Giacone and Desiata [Sabella], married at Sciacca (Quartiere Matrice), 19 7bre (September) 1684, by Reverendo Sacerdote Don Gaspare Garrasso Capp.ni, Laurentio Vetrano, son of qm Carlo Vetrano and Giovanna [Pilato], schettos. The witnesses were Raffaele lo Raso, Tomasso Polmore, and Vito Rapulla.[2]
