Biography
Jan Gerritsz, named van Remmerden, was born in Remmerden to a Gerrit. He was born around 1620 or so.
Jan Gerritsz married Gerrichjen Dircx van Bemmel around 1635-1640, and at least one child (Gerrit) came from that.
Gerrichjen died sometime around 1645, and Jan, then a widower, remarried the bachelorette Mariken Dircx van Eertcamp, who was from Deventer but living in Wijk. They were married in the Hervormde Kerk of Rhenen on the 23rd of May, 1647. [1]
