Biography
Arend (Gerrits) Kortier is geboren in Overijssel in 1807
Arend was born in Magele, Den Ham, on 5 September 1807 and baptized on 13 September 1807. He was the son of Gerrit Arends and Maria Janssen uit Magele, geb, in Kwartiers te Magele. [1]
Aged 27, he married Geertje Vrielink (oud 26 jaren) in Den Ham on 30 September 1835. [2], [3]
