Biography
The daughter of Elmer German and Ethel (Mount) German, Doris German was born in Trumansburg, New York in 1918.[citation needed] By 1920, her family lived and farmed in Covert Township, New York.[1][2] Doris German worked in the payroll office at Cornell University in Ithaca, New York for 37 years[3], residing later in Brooktondale and in Chemung, New York.[4] She passed away in Ithaca, New York at the age of 77[5] and is buried with her family at Grove Cemetery in Trumansburg, New York.[3]
