Emily May (Gee) Issard was born in 1913. She was the daughter of Joseph Parkinson Gee and Mary Geneva (Keddy) Gee. She married John Henry Issard on January 2, 1932 in Halifax, Nova Scotia, Canada.
She passed away in 1938 in Halifax after falling out of a window.
