On behalf of the Germany Project, I am currently undergoing our member check-in's and wanted to verify that you are still interested in being a member of the project. Are you currently assigned to or working with one of our Sub-projects or Teams? We have many new teams so have a look on the Germany project page for the full list. I would be delighted to help you get setup in one or more of our collaborative teams!

We use Google groups for project collaboration, so if you are not yet setup, please submit a join request and we will get that approved as quickly as possible. We also ask that you check your follwed tags to make sure you are following the correct project tag (GERMANY) so you don't miss any disucssions in G2G.

Hi there is a profile you manage, Elizabeth-1307, where I posted a comment a month ago. Can you please provide some more detail on this profile? There are years for birth and death but no sources for these dates and she is not attached to any other profile. In order to be able to link her to the global tree we need to know who she is meant to represent. The profile has been created with the christian name "unknown" and the surname "Elizabeth" which seems incorrect as well. There is a source of an Ancestry tree but the link no longer works so this person is a mystery.

As part of a re-vitalization of the WikiTree US Presidents Project we are asking members if they are planning to continue their contributions to the project. We are establishing a page where everyone can identify the President or Vice President that they wish to manage. Hi Dick - Yes, I think I was going to send you some of the information I have on the Hall family, but never did as I had to transcribe some of it. Subsequently I found a list of political offices held by the Hall family in the colonial government of Pennsylvania. Is your e-mail address the same as the one you gave me then? If so, I can send you what I have.

Hi Dick - Thanks for your response to my comment. Thomas Hall and Rebecca Church are my 5th Great grandparents. That makes us 6th cousins, once removed. We are also 9th cousins, once removed. Rebecca Church was a descent of Abigail Stockton, oldest daughter of Richard Stockton "The Immigrant". Samuel Scotten Hall married Christiana Stockton, his third cousin, a descendant of John Stockton, brother of Abigail Stockton.

Abigail Stockton married Richard Ridgway; their daughter Jane Ridgway married Isaac Antram (or Antrim); their daughter Sarah Antram married Edward Church. They were the parents of Rebecca Church.

Most of this data was obtained from "Records of the Antrim Family of America", by Harriet Stockton Antrim, 1899. This book is mostly transcriptions of wills and family records.

Thanks Dick! I have completed the merge for Sturdivant-330 and Sturdivant-2. John Sturdivant born 1630 is my 9th great grandfather and I descend from his son Matthew.

Dick our connection appears to be through Mary Meek Bailey, born 1772, most likely Chester County Pa, but resident of Centre County, Pa. She married David Meeks, born 1773, who is the brother of Sara Meek Holt

Hi Dick! It's good to see you working on WikiTree! I see that you just proposed a merge between Holt-4287 and Holt-2467. When you have a whole set of family members that are duplicates, you should start with the oldest ancestors first. There are duplicates for Rowland Holt's parents, and grandparents. (I didn't look back any further.) You should go as far back as necessary and propose all of those merges first. Then work down through the children. Thanks! Let me know if I can help!
