Priscilla was born about 1842. Her parents were Francis Garnett and Mary Arthers.^[1] She was christened on 21 July 1842 at Silkstone, Yorkshire.^[2]

Prescilla married William Taylor on 7 March 1867 at Silkstone, Yorkshire.^[3]

She passed away in 1897. ^{[citation needed]}
